1. What this website collects

When you send the contact form we store what you typed (name, email address, company, phone number and message) together with your IP address and browser type. We use them to reply to you and to keep spam out. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on these pages.

2. Cookies

The site sets two essential cookies: a session cookie and a CSRF token that protects forms. Signing in to the workspace adds the cookies needed to keep you signed in and, if you choose it, to remember a trusted browser for two-factor authentication. Nothing is set for tracking or advertising.

3. Inside the workspace

Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. The workspace holds client, project and task records, comments, attachments, worklogs and the history of every agent run, including the prompt each run read. Access is limited by group permissions, and every approval is recorded in the activity log.

4. AI providers

When an AI agent works on a task, the task brief, acceptance criteria, conversation, readable attachments, project notes and the relevant source code are sent to the AI provider configured for that project (Anthropic or OpenAI). They are sent to do that piece of work and nothing else. Credentials are stored encrypted and are never sent to a model or written to a log.

5. Other services

Projects may be connected to services such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Trello or a deployment server. Data moves to those services only when a project is connected to them, and only what that connection needs.

6. How long we keep it

Contact form enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Workspace records are kept for as long as the project they belong to is active. Activity logs are pruned after 90 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to info@aiminfosoft.com and we will answer within 30 days.

8. Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, secrets are encrypted at rest, and two-factor authentication is available to every account. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep audit trails and review access.
