Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms cover this website and the Jarvis workspace operated by AiM Infosoft. By using either, you agree to them.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between AiM Infosoft ("we", "us") and you, whether you are reading this website or signed in to the workspace with an account we created for you.
2. Accounts
Workspace accounts are personal. Keep your password to yourself, turn on two-factor authentication where you can, and tell us at info@aiminfosoft.com straight away if you think an account has been misused. We may suspend an account to protect the workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Use the workspace only for the projects you have been given access to. Do not try to reach data or repositories outside your permissions, interfere with the service, or use it to store unlawful material.
4. AI-generated work
Agents propose changes; people approve them. A change written by an agent is reviewed at the approval gate before it is committed or deployed, and the person who approves it is responsible for that decision. Proposals and drafts from the model are suggestions until a person accepts them.
5. Your content
Code, documents and data you or your clients bring into the workspace stay yours. We use them only to provide the service. We own the workspace software, its design and its documentation.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but parts of it depend on third parties such as AI providers, code hosts and email. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to info@aiminfosoft.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision.
